Any and all use of the site and/or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or in part (other than for your own personal use) is strictly prohibited without the written permission of Little Miss Prudence Limited.
What this means...
We've worked hard on this site to make it pleasant and easy to use. Please don't steal our work.

Little Miss Prudence Limited cannot be held liable for the accuracy of content and supporting material on this website or poor colour representation, nor for loss or damage arising from use of this website.
For those using the site outside the UK, we cannot be responsible for issues pertaining to local laws in the country of use.
All items subject to availability; all prices correct at time of publication.

What this means...
We strive to be accurate, but we don't claim to be infallible. In particular, we can't guarantee that the actual colour of an item will be perfectly represented on your computer screen. We'll always try to ensure you can't order something that we don't have in stock, but we cannot guarantee availability in every single case.

Deliveries are typically dispatched within 1 working day.
Postage and packing for first class delivery within the UK or Eire: £2.95
Postage and packing for next day delivery within the UK: £6.95
Postage and packing for all other deliveries: £8.50
Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed unless orders are received by 12pm UK time and are for delivery to the mainland UK with the exception of the Scottish Highlands.

To obtain a replacement or refund, goods must be returned within 14 days in their original packing, unused and with labels intact.
Please fill in the returns slip provided with your order, stating for each item returned whether a replacement or refund is required.
We cannot guarantee to provide a replacement in all circumstances.
Please use insured recorded delivery for returns and retain your proof or posting certificate; we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods.
Unfortunately we are able to refund postage only on faulty goods and items shipped as a result of incorrect order fulfillment.

For items to be exported the carriage charge covers postage and delivery only. Customs (import) duties may be payable by overseas recipients and we regret that we are unable to advise on these amounts, nor are we able to accept liability for such duties.
Customs may also inspect items prior to delivery. This is beyond our control and may cause delay in the delivery of your goods.
